Overview
Molly Jenkins is an Oklahoma state representative serving House District 33. Her public profile and campaign messaging are organized around three core priorities.
First, Jenkins emphasizes providing the district with consistent conservative voting and representation, grounded in property rights, transparency, and limited government. Second, she maintains a strict policy of rejecting all lobbyist money, including donations and gifts, which her campaign frames as essential to preserving independence from special-interest influence. Third, Jenkins prioritizes expansive constituent outreach, combining regular town halls with open Q&A, district-wide door-to-door engagement, and ongoing communication to ensure accessibility and accountability to the people she represents.
Background
Molly Jenkins and her husband, Brett, reside on a 70-acre farm near Coyle where they raise cattle and cherish the rural way of life. Molly recognizes that this cherished lifestyle is under threat from the attacks of the left and the tepid response of the right.
A mother and grandmother of two, Molly earned her BA from OSU and a Master's degree from UCO. Molly dedicated a decade to the world of education as a middle school teacher and adjunct professor.
Subsequently, she owned and operated her real estate brokerage, Vis-A-Vis Realty. Upon retiring from her brokerage, Molly Jenkins took note that her House district was represented by one of the most liberal Republicans in the state House of Representatives—someone who campaigned as a conservative but frequently supported liberal causes. Recognizing that House District 33 is among the most conservative districts in the state, Jenkins chose not to stand by and hope someone else would step forward. Instead, she resolved to provide the district with what it deserved: a truly conservative representative.
Molly Jenkins’s efforts were well received, and on Election Day she defeated the incumbent—an outcome that remains relatively rare in Oklahoma elections—by a wide margin. Her tenure in the Legislature began with immediate impact. On her first major policy vote, Jenkins successfully amended the House Speaker’s proposed rules using a non-preauthorized amendment, a procedural move that ultimately passed the House.
The amendment established protections for female House pages by ensuring access to sex-segregated legislative restrooms, addressing an issue with a documented and concerning history in the Oklahoma House.
Since that time, Molly Jenkins has worked aggressively to push the Legislature to do what she believes is right. Her efforts have included opposing DEI policies, repealing outdated and antiquated laws, and repeatedly introducing measures aimed at stopping the government-subsidized green energy invasion of rural Oklahoma.
Her approach is straightforward. Jenkins avoids the lobbyist-funded nightlife of Oklahoma City and instead focuses on reading legislation, scrutinizing policy, and identifying efforts by lobbyists and bureaucrats that conflict with the interests of her district. She is known for asking tough questions, challenging assumptions, and consistently pressing forward—continuing to fight for the conservative values she shares with the people she represents.
